A little bit about Canal House…

Melissa Hamilton and Christopher Hirsheimer are cooks who write about home cooking. In 2007 they founded Canal House, which includes a publishing venture and a culinary, photography, and design studio. Their cookbook Canal House Cooks Every Day received a James Beard Award, and their blog, Canal House Cooks Lunch, is followed by thousands of readers who find inspiration in what they cook up each day.

Canal House Station Café & Restaurant, their latest endeavor, makes the food that fills the pages of their cookbooks come to life for everybody to enjoy!
